Add a Dispatch Group Number to your products if you want all products having the same Dispatch Group Number to be handled by the same Dispatch Group.
If you activate this option each product has its Dispatch Group Number prefixed to the product name and the products are grouped by the Dispatch Group Number, but only in the merchant purchase confirmation email.
Example:
1 : Apples
1 : Mirabelle plum
1 : Pears
2 : Ink
2 : Paper
2 : Pencil
2 : Rubber
The products are listed in alphabetical order in the customer purchase confirmation email.
